ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and procedures under which an order placed with Mango Semiconductors India Private Limited, operating under the brand name Mangofy ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), may be cancelled by either the Customer or the Company.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Standard stock orders may be cancelled by the Customer within twelve (12) hours of placing the order, or before the order has been processed for shipping—whichever occurs first.
1.2 To submit a cancellation request, please email our support team at marketing@mangosemiconductors.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
1.3 Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. In such cases, the Customer may refer to our Return Policy to initiate a return request after receiving the shipment.
1.4 Special procurement orders, imported-on-demand items, custom products, factory-programmed components, configured products, and software licenses are non-cancellable once procurement or production has commenced.
2. Order Cancellation by Mangofy
2.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, at its sole discretion, under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock, discontinued, or subject to manufacturer allocation programs.
- Technical errors, incorrect product information, pricing mistakes, or typographical errors exist in the listing.
- Payment confirmation is incomplete, invalid, or unsuccessful.
- Shipping details provided by the Customer are incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable.
- The order raises security concerns or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Export control restrictions or sanctions prevent the transaction.
2.2 In the event that an order is cancelled by the Company, the Customer will be notified via email, and any payment received for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment source within seven (7) business days.
3. Refunds on Approved Cancellation
3.1 If a Customer's cancellation request is approved before the order is processed/shipped, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
3.2 Approved refunds typically process within five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending on bank processing timelines and payment gateways.
3.3 The Customer shall bear any non-refundable transaction fees or bank charges incurred during the payment or refund process if applicable.
4. Late Cancellation Restocking Fees
4.1 If the Company, in its sole discretion, agrees to cancel an order after procurement of custom or non-stock items has begun, the Customer may be liable for supplier cancellation charges, administrative expenses, restocking charges, or freight expenses already incurred.
