Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is processed for shipping—whichever comes first.
- To cancel your order, please email us at help@mangosemiconductors.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return once you receive the item (refer to our Return Policy).
Order Cancellation by Mangofy
Mangofy reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- In case the product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Issues related to pricing or typographical errors.
- Incomplete or invalid payment or shipping information.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, customers will be informed via email, and any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment source within 7 working days.
Refund on Cancellation
If your cancellation request is accepted before the order is shipped, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
