We at Mangofy value your satisfaction. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items not eligible for return include customized products, items marked as “Final Sale,” and products damaged due to customer misuse.

Return Process

• Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address if applicable.
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.

Refunds

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
• In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the original payment source (credit card, bank, etc.).

Replacements & Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge after verifying the claim.
• Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product and accompanied by supporting images or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products with signs of use or tampering.
• Items returned without original packaging and accessories.
• Products purchased during sale events unless defective.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel, email us immediately with your order details.
